How does the referral program work?
- Once you have logged into the app, head over to your profile and use your personalized referral link or QR code to refer brands and creators.
- Referring a Creator/Influencer: When a creator uses your personalized link or QR code to apply, they’ll receive $25 after completing their first campaign. And once that campaign is done, you’ll receive $25 as a thank you!
- Referring a Business: When a business uses your personalized referral link or QR code to create an account, they’ll enjoy 1 free month of ShoutOut. Once they complete their first collaboration, you’ll receive $100 as a thank you for your referral!
Who can refer someone?
Anyone who is an existing ShoutOut creator can use their personalized link and QR code.
What is the compensation?
- Creator x Creator: $25
- Creator x Business: $100
How long until I receive my payout?
- If you refer a creator, you will receive a payout when the referred creator completes their first campaign.
- If you refer a business, you will receive a payout as soon as the brand launches their first campaign.
Can a brand refer creators to the platform?
Currently, our referral program is exclusively offered to our ShoutOut creators.
Can I refer multiple brands and creators?
Absolutely! There is no limit on the number of referrals and how much you can earn.
Are there any restrictions for how I can promote the referral program?
Anytime you are reaching out to new businesses or creators we ask that you remain professional refraining from content including harmful language or materials.
Will I be notified when my payout goes through?
Yes! You will be notified in your app notifications and via SMS.
Does my referral link and QR code expire?
No! They will not expire.
